Miguel Mifsud, known as The Sober Runner, is a Maltese endurance athlete and former footballer who turned his life around after battling addiction. In April 2025, he ran 100 miles in under 23 hours to raise funds for Caritas Malta, using the challenge to inspire others with his story of recovery, discipline, and purpose.
